New Patients
We are excited that you have chosen Oberlin Pediatrics to care for your family. We are accepting new patients under the age of 18.
All of our pediatric healthcare providers are well-qualified and genuinely care about the well-being of your child. In an effort to find a particular provider that you feel most comfortable with, we encourage you to meet different providers during your first four months with our practice. After your first four months, you will be asked to choose a "preferred provider". We will document this provider in your child's chart and will make every effort to schedule your office visits with this provider. Your preferred provider can be changed at any time.

Make an Appointment
Please call our office to make your first appointment or register for a future appointment.
Before Your Visit
You can print and complete the forms from our website and bring them with you to your visit which is recommended. Otherwise, you will be provided with the forms when checking in for your first visit and they will need to be completed before you leave.
Items to Bring
Please bring the following items to your appointment at Oberlin Pediatrics.
- Printed and completed enrollment forms (if possible)
- Insurance Card for your child
- Copy of your child's immunization record. We are able to pull NC immunization records thru NCIR, but if you are transferring in from another state, you will need those before your first appointment.
