Accepting New Patients
We are excited that you have chosen Oberlin Road Pediatrics to care for your family. We are accepting new patients under the age of 18. If you have a newborn being discharged from the hospital, please reach out to our office directly to register your baby. We will be welcoming new patients to our practice in a well-controlled manner to make sure we can continue to see our current patients as well as our new patients in a timely manner.
You will need to submit a request to become a patient of Oberlin Road Pediatrics via our secure online form which is located at the link below. We will add you to our waitlist and reach out to you to start the onboarding process for your family.
